Emotional support
Anyone can find themselves feeling overwhelmed, unable to navigate negative thought patterns, anxious, or just not quite themselves from time to time.
Sometimes speaking to someone is the first step. The LTC offers a compassionate and confidential free helpline, open 24/7 to anyone in the licensed trade. Whenever you feel ready to talk, there will always be someone available to listen and support you.
